Chef Leon was born in Stamford, Connecticut, and raised between Stamford, Harlem, and New Canaan. His passion for cooking developed later in life after beginning his career in kitchens at 21, inspired by the energy and precision of service. With 13 years of professional experience, he has trained and cooked in the United States, Peru, Mexico, and Spain, shaping a global perspective rooted in discipline and excellence. He is a graduate of Utah Valley University, where he earned degrees in Economics and Culinary Arts, and has built his career by seeking out top kitchens, mentors, and high standards.
