Executive Chef

Chef Mauricio was born and raised in El Salvador, where his passion for cooking began at home, inspired by his mother’s self-taught cooking and his father’s hospitality background. He started working in kitchens at a young age and later moved to the United States, where he built his career across restaurants in Utah before transitioning into hotels. Over the years, he has worked in several 4- and 5-star properties, continually growing his craft and perspective in hospitality.
