Born in Lima, Peru, Jorge Brios has built his career around creating memorable dining experiences. After discovering Jackson Hole in 2015, he fell in love with the hospitality industry and went on to lead restaurant operations across the region. Now calling Salt Lake City home, Jorge has joined Rouser as General Manager, bringing his passion for warm hospitality, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of food and wine to every guest experience. A certified sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, with additional training from the Napa Valley Academy, Jorge is dedicated to ensuring that every visit to Rouser feels both welcoming and unforgettable.
