Fridays & Saturdays at 6:00 p.m. Join us at the Chef’s Table for a 6-course journey crafted by Chef Emilio. Inspired by his Mexican heritage, this intimate experience blends bold flavors, vibrant ingredients, and rich storytelling. A front-row seat to culinary artistry, this was designed for a table of ten guests to come together over the dinner table with the Chef as your culinary tour guide. 

Priced at $100 per person, with an optional $62 wine pairing.

Josper Counter

Tuesdays through Fridays, Starting from 5:00 p.m. The Josper Counter Experience is a limited-seating event held Designed for just six guests per seating, this four-course menu is an intimate experience at the counter with the culinary team and the Josper oven, a high-end charcoal-fired grill and rotisserie that imparts a distinctive smoky flavor to each dish. This cooking method pays homage to the coal-powered engines that once fueled the trains passing through the depot, blending history with modern culinary artistry.

Priced at $100 per person, with an optional $50 cocktail pairing.
