A Spanish Charcoal Experience! Tuesdays through Saturdays at 6:00pm and 8:00pm, the Josper Counter Experience welcomes six guests per seating for an intimate four-course dinner centered around Spain’s charcoal cooking tradition.

Featuring the Josper grill, oven, and rotisserie, this experience showcases live-fire techniques, smoky depth, and bold Spanish flavors. Guests dine at the counter alongside our culinary team while learning the story behind the Josper and its craftsmanship.

Priced at $100 per person with an optional $55 per person Spanish wine pairing.
