Rouser Uncorked Dinner with Arietta Winery

Gather around the table with Caren Frutig Hatton 

Five extraordinary wines from one of Napa Valley's most beloved estates, poured by the co-owner herself, and paired with a five-course menu composed by Rouser’s Chef de Cuisine, for an intimate, unhurried evening of great wine, great food, and real conversation. 

Arietta is a family-owned winery since 1996, with a name born of a passion for music. Rouser is proud to host a truly special wine dinner featuring Arietta Winery, guided in person by Co-Owner Caren Frutig Hatton.

The Experience

Caren will guide the tasting throughout the evening, detailing the balance, vibrancy, depth, overtones, and complexity of the label's limited production Bordeaux-style blends.

Priced at $210 per person, this 5-course wine dinner will also be limited in seats, in order to create a highly intimate, and more personal experience. The evening will be centered around conversation, storytelling, and thoughtful pairing.
