Sept 17th - Eat Drink SLC

Eat Drink SLC raises awareness about Salt Lake’s finest culinary and cultural opportunities. Together with Tracy Aviary, SB Dance, and Vine Lore, they create an atmosphere of food and libation, celebrating SLC’s vibrant food and drink culture. 

Aside from being a delicious experience, 50% of proceeds raised through ticket sales are contributed to a local nonprofit that works with underserved communities. In the past that has included IRC’s New Roots Program, Women of the World, Neighborhood House, and Race Swami. The 2026 beneficiary is Communidades Unidas. 

Comunidades Unidas (CU) is an organization founded in 1999 that builds the social and political power of Latinx immigrants in Utah prioritizing the values of love, respect, advocacy, inclusivity, and social justice. CU defends the human rights of our community by connecting them to the social service programs they need to prosper and with opportunities to organize to transform themselves and their community. CU’s vision is to make Utah a state where immigrants can live authentically and have the courage to use their social and political power in favor of their collective interests.
