Tony’s culinary journey began early in Wisconsin, where he and his mother both worked at one of the state’s oldest restaurants. Inspired by the kitchen culture, he moved on to shape his skills at more restaurants, including Waldorf Astoria Casa Marina in Key West. He moved to Salt Lake City to rebuild a culinary program, drawn by the mountains and the city’s resemblance to his roots in Wisconsin. He’s passionate about sourcing ingredients from local farms, collaborating with the team, and creating memorable dining experiences at Asher Adams.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially his young son, and exploring his love for grilling, smoking, and discovering new culinary trends.
