The Josper Counter Experience is a limited-seating event held Tuesday through Thursday, with two seatings nightly at 5:45 PM and 7:45 PM. Designed for just six guests per seating, this intimate experience places diners at the heart of Rouser's open kitchen. Here, they engage directly with Chef Tony Coppernoll and the culinary team, gaining insights into the techniques and flavors that define Rouser's menu.
The star of the evening is the Josper oven, a high-end charcoal-fired grill and rotisserie that imparts a distinctive smoky flavor to each dish.
