Each course reflects Chef Emilio’s heritage and professional journey, brought to life through the signature techniques that define Rouser—most notably, live-fire and charcoal grilling. With ongoing engagement and narrative directly from the chef, guests are immersed in a thoughtful exploration of flavor, culture, and craft.
